Philanthropy – My Approach
Over two decades of experience, working in Africa and Asia, has allowed me to development a wide range of skills and expertise in the fields of philanthropy and social development and to work with multilateral and bilateral agencies, non-governmental organizations, research institutes and universities as well as consultancy firms. Experience include programme conceptualisation, design, management, implementation, evaluation and documentation.
I enjoy doing conceptual and creative work.
I apply a solid methodology in evaluation to my work in African philanthropy. My thorough approach does not gloss over the deeper issues. I have both hands-on technical experience and hands-on management.
I am probably best described as a “pracademic”. I love to work across the field of research and development practice building one into the other.
